Autumn and no camino!

According to the custom of the last few years I should be preparing for a camino but I'm not and I'm missing it. I was going to do the Ingles this October but having done it in June I am trying to resign myself to not walking. I have started walking a bit, it is now cool in the mornings so I am going for little walks. I don't know if it was my walk, or climbing a wall to cut a branch off my plum tree, or bracing myself to lift a heavy trough but on Thursday I could barely walk downstairs, old age comes on apace. I still have plenty of caminos to walk so I must crack on before I get too old.
I have 3 almost prepared, the Catalan, the Levante and a combo; Madrid, El Salvador and Primitvo. By a process of elimination I have almost certainly decided to do the Catalan next. starting in March. I don't know that this is the right time but Autumn is wet as well and I won't walk in summer so I will go with an open mind. I plan to start on the coast, at El Port de la Selva so as to walk via Sant Pere de Rodes and then head up to San Juan de la Pena and the Aragones. I tried to do this route last year so I will see if I succeed next year. I think it should be alright up as far as Huesca but after that I am likely to meet lots of water features again, I may well end up taking a bus from Huesca to Jaca, but I'll try not to. I aim to walk as far as Burgos and then take a detour to Santo Domingo de Silos. I should arrive in Burgos  at Easter so I've booked a hotel in Santo Domingo.
I bought new boots in England in August so I just need to get out there and start walking:)
